LUNCH

We have the room all day. Anyone who wants to reconvene after lunch for conversation, tutorials, etc. may do so. Hoggard and I will be available all afternoon.

* This session was inspired by the fact we are meeting in art museum, and that made me think about blogs not just reflectling local culture, but being part of it, and helping restore local and regional conversations in an era of commoditized, nationalized culture. These blogs also informed that thought process.

In the venue...

Hoggard and I are in the auditorium of the Weatherspoon.

We will not have wi-fi on Saturday, but there is a terminal with an Internet connection, which I am now using.

On Saturday, anyone who is here can contribute to this blog in real time.

Also, those of you with blogs that run on Blogger, TypePad, and other hosted apps can use this terminal to update if you wish.

And we can show on the big screen the blogs of bloggers as they speak.
